FAQs
Q: Can WorkTango walk me through our results live?
A: While we encourage leveraging on-demand resources, live training is often available at an additional cost. This may vary depending on contract specifications.
Q: What is a good score?
A: Above 70% favorable, between 15-20% neutral, and below 15% unfavorable are considered good scores. This also varies depending on your industry, benchmarks, and your internal trends. Please note that the heatmap only displays % favorable scores.
Q: Are my scores or trends statistically significant?
A: Variations of +/- 5% in comparisons/trends are often labeled as significant. While a response rate of over 60-70% is often considered “good”, this widely varies per organization and sample size.
Q: I can’t see any results. What do I do?
A: You may not have enough responses to bypass the anonymity threshold. We recommend reaching out to the leader you report to or your internal WorkTango administrator to get a broader view and discuss the results.
