The WorkTango Surveys & Insights platform is an easy way to make yourself heard and create a lasting impact in your organization. WorkTango surveys are easy to access and more importantly, confidential. You can take your assigned surveys your way, whether through desktop, mobile, or even a kiosk link accessible via a QR Code. 

Our Employee Promise

Confidentiality is critical for gathering candid employee feedback. Our Employee Promise doesn't allow a response to be individualized or identified to one employee. It can't be pulled by customers or even our team.

Why are surveys confidential?

We want you to feel comfortable enough to be honest when answering survey questions. On confidential surveys, nothing you say can be traced back to you, which makes it easier to give authentic feedback on topics like employee engagement, leadership, or anything about your employee experience. We want to give you the freedom to voice your opinion without feeling pressured or intimidated.

How do I know that surveys are truly confidential?

WorkTango is designed to anonymize responses based on a predefined anonymity threshold. Administrators are able to view information based on company-defined segments (region, office location, department, etc), but are not able to drill in to see individual responses. If there are ever fewer responses than the defined anonymity threshold in a specific segment, we mask the data for that segment.

How to take a Survey

Completing a survey via desktop

One of the many methods WorkTango surveys can be accessed and administered through is via a unique link delivered directly to your inbox. Once received, you can simply click the button included in the email to be taken to your own, unique survey link. 

Each link emailed is uniquely assigned to you. Sharing this link with someone else means that they will be completely your survey, and trying to access this link after a submissions has been submitted will result in a message thanking you for completing the survey.

Completing a survey via mobile

Like accessing via desktop, WorkTango surveys on mobile function the same way. If you can access your company email via your mobile device, you can take a WorkTango survey! Simply click the button in your survey invitation to be taken to a mobile friendly interface which will allow you to complete your assigned survey(s) with ease.

Completing a survey via kiosk

Not everyone is in front of a computer for nine hours a day, or is assigned a company email address to receive survey invites and WorkTango understands this. Because of our commitment to make survey taking as easy as possible, WorkTango created the kiosk link function to give you more options to take your assigned survey(s).

Each organization has a uniquely created kiosk link, which can be access via entering the URL in your web browser this self, or turning the URL into a QR Code which can be scanned with your phone camera for easy access.

When accessing the Kiosk, you will be prompted to enter a unique identifier of your organizations choosing.

Typically your Employee Id will be assigned as your designated identifier but please read the message on your own kiosk link carefully, as it will tell you which identifier you'll need to enter.

 

Once your unique identifier has been accepted, you will be taken to a screen with all of your assigned surveys where you can pick the one you'd like to take first. If you only have one survey assigned, you will be taken directly to that survey.

 

If you have no surveys assigned to you(or a previous survey that was assigned has been submitted) you will see a message stating as much:

 

Anonymous Conversations

The anonymous conversation feature allows leaders to acknowledge comments made on a survey question, letting you, the respondent, know that your feedback has been received. This feature notifies you of the reply by sending you an email with a unique link and security code to securely access your anonymous conversation and continue engaging with it.

Because of our Employee Promise, you can be assured that your name, email, employee id, and any other identifying attributes are completely hidden from the leaders who are responding and viewing your comment. The only visible data to a leader is a generic avatar named "Anonymous" and the time in which your comment was left.
