Changing or Resetting Your Password

To reset or change your WorkTango password, follow the steps below.

If your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) and you are having issues logging in, please contact your internal IT department for assistance.

If you have been locked out from too many password attempts, email customersupport@worktango.com for further assistance.

Change Password

Step One

From your homepage, select the user menu in the top right and choose Account.

Step Two

Find the password field, click Update and enter a new password

Step Three

Enter your existing password followed by your new password. 

Passwords must have at least;

  • 1 capital letter.
  • At least 1 number.
  • At least 1 lowercase letter.
  • At least 8 characters.

Confirm your new password and click ‘Save’.

Reset Forgotten Password

If you forget your password and need to reset it, you can do so by selecting the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.

If your company uses SSO, you cannot reset your password. Please reach out to your internal admin team, typically your HR team, to help.

Next, enter your email address associated with your account to be sent a password resent link. Follow the reset instructions provided in the email.

If you do not receive the password reset email or cannot reset your password, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
