Safe-listing
Safe-listing is the process of putting an email address on a safe list of approved senders. This tells your organization’s email client (Outlook, G-suite, etc.) that you know the sender and trust them, so the emails do not go to junk folders.
Safe-listing the WorkTango email servers and email address will help to reduce the risk of deliverability issues with your surveys.
Please share the WorkTango server and email addresses below with your IT team, so they can put them on the Safe List:
- Emails come from: pulse@worktango.io
- Email Server IP addresses: 54.240.33.9; 54.240.33.10; 54.240.33.11
WorkTango’s email servers are dedicated to WorkTango and are not shared with any other third parties. We use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for emails.
Deliverability Testing
Once you have completed safe-listing, we can then conduct deliverability testing. Deliverability testing will ensure all employees are able to seamlessly receive WorkTango surveys.
To prepare for this, please gather a list of names & emails for those who can participate in this test survey. These should be folks in different locations/environments. Depending on the size of your organization, we’d recommend you include 5-15 folks on this test.
- Notify all testers prior to the test that they will be receiving a test email and survey on <DATE&TIME>. It is critical they complete the survey so that we can easily identify if there is an issue, or not. Testers should let you know if they have not received the test on <DATE&TIME>. If they have not received it, they should check their junk folder and advise you of this detail for troubleshooting.
- To create the deliverability test, a simple one-question survey can be created. Your Implementation Manager will build and field the deliverability test once you have identified the participants.
