Browser Issues & Clearing Cache

  • Updated

Clearing cache, otherwise known as clearing your browser history or "cookies" is the first step to take when encountering browser issues. If you are unable to log into the WorkTango platform or are not seeing results loading, this may be a good way to reset and troubleshoot on your own.

A member of the WorkTango Customer Support team may often direct you to clear cache when providing troubleshooting support. With that, here are the steps to follow based on browser type. Please note that in clearing your cache, you will need to log into any sites where saved passwords exist.

There are many articles and tutorials online to support the clearing cache process. Thank you to the University of Iowa's ITS guide as a useful resource.
