Understanding the Survey Results Overview Page

  • Updated

The Overview page gives you a high level summary of results both while your survey is in progress and upon its completion. If you have previous survey data in the platform, this page will also provide comparable statistics. Finally, if you are viewing results for a subset of your organization, you will see a comparison from an organizational-wide standpoint.

The Overview page includes the following sections:

  • Response Rate: shows the survey's response rate and how it compares to the last survey's response rate. If your survey is not yet complete, it will also show response progress.
  • Highlights: highlights any significant increases or decreases in scores compared to your last survey, as well as whether any of your favorability scores fall in the top or bottom 25% of the organization
  • Factor Summary: a summary of favorability scores for your Key Factors, the top 3 and bottom 3 rated factors, as well as any comparative data to your last survey or to the overall organization (if applicable)
  • Question Summary: a summary of favorability scores for your Key Factors questions, the top 3 and bottom 3 rated questions, as well as any comparative data to your last survey or to the overall organization (if applicable)

If there are any notable changes compared to the last survey (Since Last Survey) or organization-wide results (Compared to Org Wide), when hovering over the deltas you will able to see which primary attributes had the largest increases or decreases in sentiment.

Because this Overview page provides an overview, when clicking on "See all Factors" or "See all Questions" you will be directed to the Analyze tab.

You may also see some suggested action items as well as learning items that you can implement. "Suggestions" are based on the lowest scoring factors and are tied to WorkTango's best practices factors.

Finally, to download a PowerPoint report of the Overview page results, select "Export" on the top right of the screen.
