There are a few reports that have different colour schemes. Here's what they mean:
Analyze Tab
By Distribution
When you select the 'Distribution' view, you will see the distribution of responses to icon and rating questions by Unfavorable (orange), Neutral (yellow) and Favorable (blue) responses.
- For a 5-Rating Question: selections of 4 & 5 are favorable, 3 are neutral and 2 & 1 unfavorable - other rating questions out of 3 to 10 are calculated accordingly
- For Icon Questions: selections of 3 & 4 are favorable, and 1 & 2 are unfavorable; there is no neutral
By Average Score
When you select the 'AVG' view, you will see the average score (blue) calculated for each question or factor.
By eNPS
When you select the "eNPS" view, you will see the distribution of responses grouped by detractors (orange including ratings of 0-6), passives (yellow including ratings of 7-8), and promoters (blue including ratings of 9-10).
Heatmap Tab
The way the Heatmap colors work is by a relative threshold. It takes the highest and lowest scores and then divides that range into 7 segments, assigning each segment a color. This color scheme enables users to easily pin point issues and identify the highest and lowest scoring segments.
In the example below, the lowest score is -63 and the highest is 75. The legend under the heatmap identifies the range of score for each color.
