Scheduling & Sending Survey Reminders

Schedule Survey Reminders

Now that your survey has launched, you are ready to schedule reminders. This feature is a great way to send reminders to employees who have not taken the survey and need a reminder to participate.

1) Begin by navigating to the survey list and clicking on the drop-down next to 'View Reports', then select View Reminders. This will slide open a box in which all the previously scheduled reminders will appear for that particular survey.

2) Click 'Create A New Reminder...'

3) Type your subject and the email content that you want to send out to the participants. These reminders will only be sent to those who have not taken the survey.

If you are doing the survey in other languages, the language tabs will appear alongside English. Make sure to fill the subject and email content in those languages as well.

4) Choose the date and time at which you'd like the survey reminder to send

The reminder will be scheduled according to the timezone of the survey.

5) Once you click "Schedule Reminder', it should appear in the box underneath the survey title. You can edit the reminder you've scheduled, duplicate it, delete it, or create a new reminder.

And voila! You've scheduled a survey reminder.
