How to send a test email invitation

One of the last steps of the survey creation process is setting up your email invitation. This includes identifying a sender, subject line, and message. It is what your employees will see when your survey launches.

You can preview this experience by sending a "test" invitation to yourself. To do so, go to step three of the survey creation process, "Share." At the bottom of this page you will find a "Send Test" button.

Clicking this button will send the user a test email that will showcase an example of your email invitation. If there are multiple languages for the survey and email content, the test email will contain all versions of the email.
