Platform Backgrounds

Looking for a way to add a little pizzazz to your WorkTango platform? Try updating your background image to match the season or to celebrate a holiday! Regularly changing your background keeps the platform exciting and employees engaged. Find some WorkTango-created options below, as well as a quick refresher on updating your platform's background and theme colors.  

Changing Your Platform Background  

Click here for information on our general branding guidelines.

1. Navigate to Admin > Branding > Site design.  

2. Scroll down to “Site background,” then select the option to “Upload image” and add your chosen file.  

3. If you’d like, change the other accents to accompany your new background (such as your primary and secondary colors). Please note that this will change your colors on the mobile app as well!  

4. Scroll down and click “Save” to complete the update.  

Be sure to save your original background image and accents in an easy-to-find location. This will allow you to change your platform back to normal once you are finished celebrating with a seasonal or holiday-specific background!
